My gel manicure looks lovely and there's so many colours to choose from, but the lady who did my nails seemed to be rushing and whilst cutting my cuticles she made two of my fingers bleed which is still quite sore now (2 days later). I've been before and had a lovely experience so I think it was a one off, but it would've been better if a bit more care was taken/less rushing.
