I’ve been coming here for 3 years and recently it has not been the same due to new staff (David & Darcy are amazing) but despite requesting them I have other staff who are rough and have cut/hurt me by filing too hard/cutting the nail. I will now be considering other options but the other team members are amazing, just the new staff aren’t so great and do not paint the full nail which means you need to come back sooner.

The people seemed lovely, but my pedicure was done in 25 minutes, it felt rushed. There was not enough time spend on removing hard skin (which is part of the reasons I go for a pedicure), and not enough time spent on cuticles. The price was not good value giving how rushed the pedicure was. It is such a shame.
