Waited 20 mins before anyone started the treatment. Staff were doing multiply treatments at once so felt rushed and not enough capacity. Nails look ok- no real aftercare treatment or filing / moisturiser used. Considering price is quite expensive I wouldn’t recommend this place as they didn’t care about customer service or have particularly good nail technicians.

Worst SNS manicure I have had. I asked if it was possible not to use the drill on my nails, I was told it wasn't as it wouldn't last if they didn't use the drill. The manicure lasted 1 day before it started cracking, after 3 days it was ruined and my nails underneath were paper thin from the drill.
