Appoint started late, then the polish removal was applied too rushed that my nails and skin felt v uncomfortable/ hurting. A colleague took over and then the experience was excellent and I’m v happy with final result. I wished i was told when I showed the pic of what I wanted that ombre was + £10, but that’s ok. Being late caused me losing my next appoint I paid at near clinic , so that was also not great, otherwise I’d give 5stars.
