Busy place, not sure that booking an appointment rather than being a walk in is useful. Good communication between the whole team but you have to relax and trust their method.

Always super happy with my nails however, I just wish they wouldn’t over book as much as they do. They never ever run on time and it always seems quite chaotic as they try to as squeeze people in.
