they dont follow the booking time. they dont care if you have to wait long. my manicure was rushed because I complained that it was already 1.30 pm, whc was my booking time and there wasn't anyone available.

Overbooking is a disaster for the business, disinterested therapists, took several people to understand what I was asking for all of whom didn’t understand their own menu/price list. For what you pay, there are better salons out there who do a more thorough and caring service. Have had a good experience here before but the service was very bad this time with little customer care.
