Had to wait 20 min for my appointment. She cut my finger with the filing machine twice. My nails are a bit too short. Not the regular service I normally get. Still like my nails.

Took 35 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. They didn’t even have a table for me to do my nails. I was told to sit on a stool with the UV heater on my legs while the women painted my nails with my hand in the air - worst experience I’ve ever had.

they dont follow the booking time. they dont care if you have to wait long. my manicure was rushed because I complained that it was already 1.30 pm, whc was my booking time and there wasn't anyone available.
