David did not do my pedi today, he is lovely and I used to come here regularly a couple years back when I lived nearby. I travelled across London today to visit again. The woman that did my pedicure was unbelievably rude. She did not use any of the equipment for the pedicure until I asked her to please do the actual steps of a pedicure. She huffed and was very rough with my feet. I sadly will not return due to her behaviour. In the past I had very nice experiences with staff until today.
