Did not listen to my concerns and insisted I was mistaken when I pointed out that shape /lengths were uneven. The extension was excessively long, which led to it getting caught a week later and tearing off my entire nail. The pain was excruciating, and my nail has yet to heal.

Salon is well thought out with place to put your phone, however I had one person doing take off, another person asking what colour and design I’d like and another person actually doing the nails. This was quite confusing for me and seemed like they were unprepared for my booking.
