Decent but not the best (for me, in my experience)

The overall experience was ok. I didn’t get who I requested for but the technician who did my nails was really nice and did a decent job. I wouldn’t go back though, just because I didn’t feel like the quality of the gel and the final look was as good as I have received in the past. The biggest issue was that I had to go back the next day to have the gel filed down. This was due to a lot of pain and discomfort caused by the gel extension insertions. The pain/ discomfort might be unique to me but it was more their attitude towards me returning that really let the experience down for me. It’s a shame because the technician made a real effort for me on day 1 but one of the men there seemed really annoyed to have me back, saying “ it’s not our fault that it hurts” and “ we spent time on you yesterday” this kind of attitude wasn’t necessary. I paid an extra £10 to get gel varnish but once it was filed down they refused to put gel varnish on again and told me to come back. But by my own choosing, I decided not to return.•about 5 years ago

One of the best nail experiences I have ever had, the nail studio is clean and lovely and everyone was very welcoming. My nail technician was very experienced, super firendly and kind. These are the best hard gel nails I have ever had done,he even let me try two different gel colours to be sure which one I wanted! They also offer free refreshments which was a really nice touch. Overall amazing experience, they have a repeat customer for life!
