They take on too many customers so it feels very profit driven. Working conditions don't look great for staff, that and too many customers leads to rushed treatments. My cuticles got cut twice as it was too rushed. I was sore after.

You make an appointment but they will still fit in people before you who came after… lady who did my nails has attitude and got upset when I wanted to pay with card …. They did a good job on my nails but customer service is not good
