Tried to book with Lyna but again had someone else, don’t offer the option to book with specific people if it can’t be met. Everyone else I’ve had do my nails is great but this one girl needs more training. She is very heavy handed, her filing hurts, the nails are never the right shape despite multiple attempts trying to correct it (it’s embarrassing so I just give up) and it’s also uneven filing on the finger/not smooth. Both hands don’t match and lengths are considerably different.
