My third visit here was terrible, the lady who did my nails was very unprofessional. THREE of my nails were bleeding as she did a rough job when filing. It doesn’t look good, they just ignored me and did the undercoat. I left by nail still bleeding

I always use Princess Nails in Richmond & recommend them to all my friends & work colleagues. I wouldn’t use another salon in the area; they are friendly, reasonable & clean. Thank you 💫

I came for my nails. They cut so short that there is raw skin exposed, causing pain. My cuticles were also cut too much and they are red raw and hurting too.
