Again, do not waste your time booking with this establishment. I was left waiting for 30 minutes after my original booking time and then they had the audacity after failing to do my lashes to charge me ÂŁ20 more than what Treatwell had advised it would be - nails are mediocre at best, gel and design came off after 2 days - not worth ÂŁ35 and there are so many better options within the same building - nails were uneven, donât waste your time

Donât bother wasting your time booking this service at this place - had booked lashes 3 weeks prior and had emailed them several times to complete my patch test and they never got back to me - I arrive for my appointment only to be told that Haleh wasnât even there and couldnât do my lashes until 2 days later (I went away the next day hence why I booked when I did) waste of time and so unprofessional
