I found this place and had Rupal for my first visit, the service was AMAZING! I was so happy. However the past few times I’ve had a different lady, and my last booking was so uncomfortable. She kept poking my eyes and leaning on my arm. She constantly complained I wasn't holding my skin tight enough, which was never an issue in the 15 years I've been threading my eyebrows, how tight do you want it! She didn't seem happy to be there, and I left feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to come back.
