Back has never felt so good. Vivien very attentive and considerate, then Lisa with amazing intuitive hands. Feel revitalised! Read some comments about ambience but to be fair it’s a small business in the middle of a bustling vibrant city so has the sounds you would expect. Primo Health is friendly and clean. Have been places where the environment is much more serene but services unremarkable. Much prefer Primo Health where I really feel have discovered a gem!

I was welcomed by a nice and professional lady in the reception and good relaxing music in the waiting area.
Massage itself was unfortunately very chaotic and the technique sloppy. There was lots of strangely prolonged pauses during the massage and it felt like the masseuse didn’t know what she’s doing. She was also running around 15 minutes late, which normally doesn’t really bother me but in this case only added to the overall negative experience. I left confused and a bit annoyed. Cannot recommend.
