My experience was much more than I expected. My therapist knew exactly what she was doing and she has a clear understanding of the human body and how it works. She was able to explain what she was doing and for what purpose. She made my body feel much more relaxed and I had full confidence in her skills and knowledge. I would highly recommand Primo Health because I am planning to go back as soon as possible.

practitioner was pleasant, massage was good,windows all round the room with blinds on meant distraction from other customers or staff.
