Visit was very comfortable. I was seen on time and was made to feel at ease for my massage by the staff. The masseuse took time to find my tension spots and enquire about what I wanted to get out of the massage. She was very friendly and relaxing to be around - I was worried it could be an awkward experience, but I was very relaxed and the time flew by. I left feeling great and will definitely be making a return visit.

I guess I was a bit surprised with the entirety of the situation... that is the facial. It's a hole in the wall that looks NOTHING like the pictures on their Treatwell page. The 'facialist' used baby oil and other products that I am really not sure are on me and also used dry tissues to get it off of my face. I have never experienced a facial like this and can assure you that it is not worth the £50 price tag. I would pay £10 maybe £15 because she used a sheet face mask. Go elsewhere for a facial, seriously. No steam machine, a hot flannel was used once to wipe off the baby oil. I believe the lady who did my facial is also their masseuse, and she gets great reviews for that- so if you're looking for a massage do that, don't get a facial.
