I showed pictures, paid extra for a toner for balayage and my hair still turned out yellow. The blending was not good and I feel like there was more emphasis on buying a toner and having an attitude before actually asking or understanding what I wanted regardless of me having pictures of my own hair previous times. Would not recommend
