I booked and paid in advance on Treatwell but when I arrived (midday Saturday) it became obvious that they were not expecting me and had no record of my booking. This meant I had to wait about 30 mi utes before my appointment started as they were busy. I booked a wash and hair cut and when the lady took me over she asked if I would like my hair washed which I found a little surprising. The hair cut itself was good although the lady that cut my hair did not make any conversation or even smile much.

I wanted a cheap, quick hair cut and that's what I got. Quality of the cut and blow-dry was good as well. Ambience wasn't amazing, but at £20 for a haircut in London I definitely can't complain.
