I booked online last minute full head of highlights / cut and blow dry, with a 20% reduction in price as per the offer on the app. I called to confirm this with the salon beforehand, as it was a last minute online booking, and was told it was fine. However, when I got there, the lady actually doing my hair told me I had booked half head of highlights only, and that was the reason for the discounted price. This was not the case, I showed her the booking but she still tried to charge me extra for full head. I told her I had even called to confirm beforehand but she was having none of it. She then said there was no time to do full head of highlights, cut and blow dry, and continued to be insistent on this, before (who I assume was) the manager came in, and confirmed with her it was full head. She begrudgingly then started to do my hair, acting as if I was in the wrong and with no apology.
So that wasn't a great start! Having said that she did a great job on my hair and after an hour or so became much more polite and friendly.
