My appointment was 50 minutes late with no explanation and no apology or acknowledgement of the fact they had kept me waiting so long. I paid for a "wash, cut and finish". The hairdresser prepared to cut my hair without washing it and when I explained that I had paid for it to be washed first, I was told that it is the same price for a dry cut. He then offered to wash my hair but having already sat around for almost an hour, I just wanted to get out of there so I opted for the dry cut. I must add that just before I left I was given some money back as a good will gesture and did receive an apology for the wait but to be honest, the whole experience was completely unprofessional and awkward, I will not be going back.
