Styling was done well but surprised that I had to pay more as there wasn't an option on Treatwell for the combined treatment. I wasn't offered a drink and my hairdresser wasn't very friendly.

By far the worst haircut I've ever had. I know it was a reduced price but still - I was taken to have my hair washed before they even looked at my hair type and cut or asked me what I wanted. Hair washing was rough. I was then yanked forward from the basin with the towel to indicate I should get up! Hair cut itself took all of five minutes and no products used for my hair type. I asked for my hair to be dried to define the natural curls but it was awful - I looked like I'd been electrocuted. I feel like I was in shock when I left

This is the second time I’ve been to Primmo and I’d definitely recommend it. The value for money is brilliant, the staff are welcoming, down-to-earth and friendly, and both times my haircuts have been fantastic. The staff are considerate and always listen to your comments and offer up expert advice. The atmosphere is friendly, nothing pretentious about them, and it’s great that they’re a local business! It’s great to have found a hairdresser I like since recently moving to the area, and I hope to stay with them!

Booked at 3:40 for an appointment at 4:00 - Dino was very lovely and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted. Great value for money and lovely service.
