Was good, they were running 15 minutes late and felt it was a little rushed as was the last appointment of the day but cut was good and certainly good value. Hair wasn't dried properly at the back.

The highlights were too thick and the color was not very natural. I was also not asked what I wanted, instead, as soon as I was seated my hair dresser went to mix the bleach and starting doing the highlights.
