I was happy with the wash, haircut and finish but I unfortunately will not be returning due to some inappropriate and unpleasant conversations brought on by staff.

The staff were a little rushed as a few appointments were over running, so at first I felt my appointment was a little rushed too. However my stylist was a pro and I loved my hair when finished!

Rushed and an uneven haircut the result. Also very little done to prevent clippings running down the back of the neck. I won't be going back

My haircut was great and the products they used were good my hair feels a lot healthier and better condition. As other reviews have said there isn't that luxury ambience that you get with other salons but at £18 In London when many other salons charge £60 I'm not complaining!
