The studio was a colleague short due to sickness on the day of my appointment. So I was to witness a very busy studio with customers being served by more than one colleague on a couple of occasions. I,myself, had three different staff members attend to me at various stages of my hairstyle - And my finished hairstyle was not as good as it should/could have been. Maybe this was due to the high volume of clients that day, but I'll never know as I don't intend to go back there for a repeat hairstyle. I'll try somewhere else next time. (I was advised that my hair was too long for the perming process - However, the last time I had this procedure in another salon, my hair was a longer length & the style lasted over 1 year. Some parts of my hair aren't even curled now, and that was on leaving the salon the same day). I was told my perm may last 3 months, but I very much doubt that it will last that long this time.
