The hairdressers were really nice and good at cutting hair. The overall experience was a bit more average in that the seats weren’t swept around before you sat down and there weren’t the luxuries like massage chairs, but overall it was good and the haircut looked nice.

I booked for highlights and usually the hair dressers will ask what sort of highlights I would like/what sort of shade of blonde I would like however they just got straight to it which made me feel a bit on edge. The hair dresser was talking to me saying that my hair was too clean and next time I should leave longer between washing my hair and getting highlights which is a fair point but he proceeded to appear visibly annoyed whilst putting the highlights in despite that I had apologised and said I would leave it longer for next time. Overall the highlights look fine but I would have wanted it to be more of an icy blonde and some of the highlights are patchy.
