Not bad, was almost choked a few times. Everyone was speaking a foreign language which made me feel uncomfortable. Reasonable price and hair turned out OK.

Primmo is a lovely down-to-earth salon close to Clapham Junction. Upon arriving, I didn't have to wait long until I was greeted by hairdresser Dino who is so friendly and chatty that you instantly feel at ease and that you're one of Primmo's regular customers! I got exactly the haircut I asked for and more - Dino knew without me saying to add extra layering because of my fine hair and to not completely straighten my hair, which always looks terrible for my round face (something many hairdressers do automatically!). I look forward to going back again soon.

I was very disappointed with my blow-dry. It seemed like a nice salon, I had a very warm, friendly welcome from who I presume was the owner.
The overall experience from that point on was very disappointing, however. A blow-dry should be an enjoyable experience. You are paying someone, literally, to wash and dry your hair. The wash was nothing special and the blow-dry itself was very disappointing. I asked for a straight dry and I expected to leave with soft, smooth hair that feels good, as I normally do when I leave a salon. Instead I left with hair that I could easily have done myself. It didn't feel amazing and it didn't look smooth. It's a shame because it seems like a good salon in general, but I certainly won't be going back for a blow-dry.
