I was really disappointed with my experience. The hairdresser did not introduce himself and spoke minimally, I felt like it was all a bit too much trouble for him. The salon was heaving and overcrowded, with noisy kids etc. My hair was very quickly washed, but not thoroughly, and I wasn't offered a drink or asked how I wanted it styled. Was in and out, without so much as a spritz of hairspray, in 20 minutes. The man who I recognise to be the salon owner (from the Treatwell description) was very friendly and cracked a few jokes with me, and the cut itself is ok (straight blunt bob as I have very fine hair) but that was the only good thing about my experience.

Was passed around 4 different people, hair dye left on my leg and side of face when left. I had to prompt them to shower my hair dye off. Many of the people working there could not speak very good English so was quite hard to communicate. Cheap but you get what you pay for here I’m afraid.
