I didn't have a great experience at Primmo hair. When I first arrived, the hairdresser was late so I had to wait. I was given a coffee however which was nice. My hairdresser didn't speak English very well, and so it was difficult to communicate with him. He spent a full 60 seconds to cut all of my hair off which felt incredibly sloppy, especially as I didn't want a blunt cut. His colleague had to intervene and sort my hair out and it looked half decent by the time i left albeit a lot shorter than what I wanted. I will not be back.
