I was refused service because the stylist looked at my skin and told me my hair was not his speciality. He didn’t examine or touch my hair. Instead embarrassed me in front of his clients by rejecting me. Then the manager couldn’t understand why I was upset about being rejected and insulted in that way. They were horrible and insensitive mean people. I left and cried !

Best colour I’ve had in two years! Finally found a decent hairdresser in London, can’t believe my luck as I’d picked this one randomly. Really friendly staff with a salon in a convenient location. Even had up to date magazines! Highlights done professionally and the best end product I’ve had in a long time. Blonde is hard to get right and easy to stuff up! I’ll Definitely be back again and I’ve already recommended it to my friends.
