The whole experience was fine but I had a perm done and the next day it was like nothing had been done to my hair at all. I did everything they told me to do and didn't wash it etc. so wasn't very impressed.

I literally hate going to the hairdressers. I would compare it to going to the dentist. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I went in the door. I am extremely pleased with my haircut and the excellent value for money and woukd have no hesitation in recommending Primmo.
