Was fine. I went in for Balayage and came out Ombré. Luckily that suits my hair anyway but it wasn’t what I asked for. Didn’t have much consultation on the cut - ended up with layers that I didn’t want.
Not sure I’d book again.

Arrived for my perm but was told it wasn't going to be possible as my hair was coloured at the ends. I managed to find a place further down the road to do it though, however it ended up being double the price of what i would have paid at primmo as they are generally great value for money.

I really didn't enjoy my experience at this salon. The hair wash was quite rough and my hair felt really dry and poorly conditioned afterwards, and the blow dry left my hair straw like and frizzy. I tried to ask for them to do something to my hair to try smooth it out and give it a bit of shine but they just told me it was my fault for how I've looked after my hair. My hair didn't look nice or healthy afterwards and I needed to fix it once I got home. I wouldn't go back here.
