Irina was amazing at understanding my vision for my balayage. The day I went to the salon consisted of a wonderful team of Bulgarian and Ukrainian women, so I definitely needed a photo to show my hair plans. Despite a few language barrier issues, Irina did not rest until we appeared to fully agree on the plan. And it turned out amazing! I trusted her advise and it was spot on!
