The worst haircut I’ve ever had. When asked what I’d like, I said “the least amount of hair you can cut off”, I just wanted a trim. I was then given an incredibly short fringe. I spoke up and explained this wasn’t what I asked for, I was very upset and confused the lady said “sorry I misunderstood”. I’m really not sure how that was possible. She was very apologetic and kept saying it was her mistake at least. Got given a £5 discount and a lollipop… Will not be returning.
