Really happy with my Balayage. I didn't want to go too blonde, but Toni listened to me and included my natural colour, and didn't use bleach, which gave it a lovely finish. The only negative was the lady who washed my hair was pretty rough and made me hold my head up at one point during washing which wasn't that pleasant. Otherwise very positive experience, and the value for money for my hairstyle is well worth it!
