Very lovely staff; they gave some great advice on what to do with my highlights and I am very happy.
It took quite a long time, but it was new year’s eve so that is understandable.

My hairdresser was very nice and did a really great, smooth balyage (although turned out more blonde/ ginger than I would have liked). Really convenient place as just down my road, however hairdresser went to smoke at the back whilst I was sat waiting for the dye to sink in and the smell was really strong and surrounded the place which was unpleasant.
