Venue didn't know I'd booked so reluctantly decided they would cut my hair as I'd prepaid (once they'd finished chatting and smoking). Lady who washed my hair had hands which smelt very strongly of cigarettes. No real consultation. Given I paid £40 I received about a £15 haircut - all very basic. Not really sure why this place has the good reviews that it does.

My haircut was reasonable. The salon itself smelt a bit smoky, and very quiet atmosphere. My haircut was quick and cheap but when I got home saw there were a few pieces of hair I had to trim to straighten it.
