Very little friendliness at the salon, hairdresser didn’t explain anything to me, I had to ask how long I had to wait when she stopped and went and sat on her phone with no explanation. Was quite defensive when I asked any questions/for changes and when I asked if it would still be blonde enough after only 20mins waiting after the dye put in she said it definitely would be. The outcome of the balayage was very faint and when asked if I liked it and I said I did want it blonder, I was told this is what I asked for. Overall not worth the money for an overall tense and in enjoyable experience. The cut itself was fine in the end after I asked for it to be evened up.

The balayage looked nice. My hair was very dry afterwards though and when the toner washed out a yellowish hard colour, which was not easy to manage with shampoos, toners etc. The product used was too harsh for my hair.
