My experience at Primmo was lovely but the haircut and stylist was a bit disappointing. The owner was super friendly and warm but unfortunately it didn't seem that my stylist knew what she was doing and looked really visible shocked and confused at how damaged my hair is (something I'm self conscious about). I really don't want to be problematic and I don't think one bad stylist should represent a whole salon but I thought I should be honest so other people know the experience they are awaiting.
