Everyone was very pleasant but far too busy. Getting my hair dyed such a drastic colour for the first time was a big deal. I feel like the salon made it more stressful rather than the relaxing experience I hoped for. After what felt like an age of having dye in my hair I was told I would have the colour in for 10-15 mins max longer. I was left for 35 mins. I then prompted them and was left for another 10 mins. For someone having their hair dyed for the first time I would never recommend this salon.

Unfortunately my haircut wasn't what I was hoping for. When my hair sits in front of my shoulders it's really long on the inside and gets shorter as it goes around. Lots of uneven patches. I wasnt convinced he knew what he was doing
