My first time visiting the salon, Dimo was very welcoming and had a great sense of humour! Chatting with everyone and making all his clients feeling involved and laughing. The outcome of my Balayage was very subtle and natural, exactly what I wanted, and also included a toner free of charge. Best prices I've seen for colouring in London and excellent quality👍

Worst hair cut I have ever had. It looks awful. Going to go somewhere else for them to fix it. She didn’t ask what I wanted. I asked her before she started blow drying to put some layers in. She put them in the front but didn’t blend them with the rest of my hair which a blunt cut. Then she didn’t put any heat protector before blow drying and then straightened them without asking or putting any product on. I think I deserve a refund quite frankly
