This is the fifth time I go to Primmo Hair Studio for my regular roots colouring. I always get a very good service. The team are friendly and knowledgeable. The value for money is also a plus. I will be there again in due time.

The salon is lovely and my haircut is nice but Maggie is really rude and needs to improve her customer service. She would just stand there and look at my hair in disgust and spoke to me in a very angry way. I felt so awkward and intimidated during the whole treatment. I would not come back!
