Went in for a balayage and wanted a natural, light brown run through the blonde to make it less barbie and more natural. However I've left with dark brown hair which is so far from what i asked for that i am absolutely distraught.
They didn't even brush my hair after washing it and were so rough with the hair. I've not known anything like it to be totally honest and i now have to try and sort this mess out :(
