The salon is lovely and my haircut is nice but Maggie is really rude and needs to improve her customer service. She would just stand there and look at my hair in disgust and spoke to me in a very angry way. I felt so awkward and intimidated during the whole treatment. I would not come back!

Left with uneven haircut - My hairdresser was really nice but sadly I went home with the worst hair cut I have ever had and my experience was rushed, it took 10mins or less for the haircut. I called the salon, came back the next day to fix. which they agreed after telling me its not their fault, as it's quite hard for them to cut curly hair (my hair is straight/wavy) hairdresser blamed my uneven hair cut on my middle parting not being exactly in the middle.. 2nd appointment, same result.. :(
