Very friendly staff however waxing was not good. Lots of hairs still visible, uneven bikini wax and very red burn marks after.
They’re prices are cheaper in store and argued with me to cough up an extra £10 because I booked through Treatwell.

Not clean at all, the brush had so much hair in it. The staff were not friendly at all. She literally was just cutting my hair randomly.
I did not feel comfortable at all.
