The beautician Nayna Double booked me when I got to the location I had to wait two hours before the facial could get started because her colleague was running late and she needed to deal with other customers. The facial was rushed and I wasn’t compensated for my waiting time even though she insisted I would.I left the salon very disappointed with the service and I shall not return
