Really disappointing! I was going on holiday and due to time restrictions I couldn't go to my usual salon. Even though I had made an appt via treatwell, I was made to wait 20 mins to see the beautician. Once the treatment started, the beautician didn't seem to understand what a Brazilian wax was so I had to explain exactly what I need. She then proceeded to give me a painful wax that didn't remove all the hairs. I think they must use a very cheap hot wax that doesn't harden as it cools so it's very hard to remove. At the end of the treatment I was left with wax all over me and overcharged as apparently what I (& everyone else) considers a Brazilian wax was extra to the treatment they provide.
