A typical hollywood wax should be quick and only take 20-30 minutes, it was unusually painful due to the therapist’s skill (the therapist was slow and inexperienced despite her claim of doing this for 2 years) and took 45 minutes. However, she did not manage to remove all hairs and complained that the smaller hairs could not be removed as “wax was sticking to my skin!” This is where a tweezer should be used. A treatment should be professional, I have never had problems with hollywood waxes at other places. Would never head back.
