Silvia was 30mins late with no apology or explanation she only spoke when spoken to. Honestly she’s a nice person but she can’t do hair.. she can’t blow dry in fact she wore gloves the whole time she did my hair to protect her new long nails. She set of the fire alarm 4 times while straightening my hair which I found terrifying. The Brazilian blow dry left my hair looking straight but worse for wear I just wish I didn’t pay in advance because I won’t receive a refund :( I will not be using Treatwell for hair appointments again nor silivia
