Let's just say that the staff do not seem to know what customer service is in this place...When I arrived none greeted me and I was simply shown with a nod where the room was, no smile, no explanation of what the treatment might involve. Also, it is not very encouraging to sit on a bed and have an unclean towel put on you to start with... I should have just left but I thought of giving it a try because the lady seemed ok.
The facial was a bit of a nightmare.
The lady has repeatedly put cream products in my mouth while she was energetically rubbing my face (quite harshly by the way, it felt like she was treating my face like a carpet at times.. which made relaxing quite difficult)
I tried to give gentle feedback with a joke saying I was not hungry for cream but over time I just felt it was pointless to say anything because there was minimal adaptation and 2 minutes later I tasted cream again.
It got a bit too much when I got cream in my eyes as well. I left without seeing properly in one eye and thankfully I could rinse my eyes shortly after... I explained why I was leaving before the end of the facial and not only they did not apologise about what happened, I was even asked to pay £30! I was more concerned to look after my eye than argue why ..i feel like I survived this horrible experience and am thankful that whatever product got in my eye did not cause a serious issue but not everyone might be this lucky! Definitively I will never go to that place again...it was frighteningly unprofessional.
