The wax left me bruised and close to tears. The hot wax was significantly too cold and made removal excruciating.

They offered me tea as I walked in. They then washed my hair in a particular way that I had never experienced before. Afterwards, they listened to what I was looking for, and they not only listened, as they also gave me options as to what would be best for my type of hair and for what I want to ultimately obtain. They then proceeded to begin the whole process, which I was also fully satisfied with. At the end, and I believe that for that quality of work, their prices are quite good. I got my hair cut pixie short, and I had colour applied to my hair as to create a gradient from my natural brown colour to green and the blue. I am extremely happy with the result, and the staff is a great chat!
