I've had a few lip threads in my time to know this wasn't the usual treatment. I was pointed to a chair and then had a very painful 1 minute thread session. Of course threading is no picnic, but this was excruciating and very rushed, I lay there not realising it was over until she offered me cream. My eyes were streaming by this point and I had to ask for a tissue. She then went back to her desk so I let myself out. Today I've woken up with sore patches around my upper lip, so I think the skin was pulled more than usual, hence the heightened pain. Staff weren't overly rude or anything, but I won't be returning because of the bad experience.
